We had an amazing family stay at this hotel while enjoying the close proximity to the beautiful Karuizawa 72 golf courses. The teenagers loved the spacious twin room and the hotel's onsen was a relaxing retreat after our adventures. Plus, the dining experience, especially the multi-course dinner, was unforgettable!

My kids wished there were more activities tailored for teenagers.

the prince hotel really shines with its comfy twin room. the bed feels amazing and the dark, quiet room ensures a great night’s sleep. the relaxing onsen is well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. being close to the shuttle makes it easy to reach the shopping area too.

The twin room was super comfy with an amazing bed. It had dark curtains and was totally quiet, perfect for sleep. The onsen was clean and had stunning views of Mount Asama. Breakfast was delicious, served in a really pretty dining room. Staff were friendly and helpful too.
